I am looking for accountability partners!
I am a 50 and perimenopausal. I put 20lb on since taking HRT, but I can't just blame that, I also now work from home, by tracking my activity through my watch to mfp, I have realised how sedentary my day is!
I have lost 8lb on my own, but would love some support to keep me going.
