Starting again!

I’ve had success previously with calorie counting and have started again today. My family and I don’t eat healthily enough (and I include my 4 children in that, which plagues me with massive guilt) but today is the day it changes for the better!

I have the nutracheck app and today have had 1500 calories, but have felt stuffed all day!

The problem is that I’m currently off work so have had the time to prepare good meals. When I’m working it’s nowhere near as easy and that’s when I reach for the crisps and chocolate!

Any tips for being super busy but still counting calories?

Thank you!

How about batch cooking one day so you have meals to pull out from the freezer on busier days?

I really need to organise myself to do this! When the weather gets cooler, I do usually do soup for work. Salad is harder to prepare in advance because I can’t stand old salad, haha!
