Hi everyone,

I really need some ideas for healthy lunches as I'm on a diet, but there's so many healthy foods I don't like that I'm really struggling! I'm having toast with marmite and grapes but it's literally been months and I'm so sick of it, please help!

Foods I don't like:
Salad
Eggs
Fish
Also don't like cold food that should be hot, eg cold vegetables or pasta salad.

This makes it so hard to find healthy lunch ideas!
I need something with carbs to keep me full as I have a busy job and on my feet all day, for no more than 500cal. I'd like this to include 70cal for a low fat choc pot as I always have to have something sweet after.

Please help me enjoy lunch again!!!

Forgot to add - I only have access to a microwave and a toaster at work to heat food.

Sounds like you need some protein as well?
cheese, nuts, soft cheese?
bagel with peanut butter and banana
bagel with marmite
kefir
yogurt with different fruit
crusty roll instead of toast?
soup, cheese, bread or crackers with it.
leftover roast chicken in a sandwich with mayo?

cook extra dinner and use microwave
e.g. Pasta, Shepherd’s pie?

Thank you - good ideas. My OH always suggest leftovers but it seems to take up so much of my calorie allowance that theres not much left for dinner

How about jacket potato such as a McCain frozen one?
