Slim fast??

Hi everyone I have decided to start slim fast because every diet I’ve tried just doesn’t seem to work for me I gained a lot of weight after recently giving birth I don’t even want to look at the scales and I don’t get the chance to make food or eat where my baby is so clingy so I thought at least with slim fast I’m still having some nutrients and calories
my plan
breakfast a shake if I’m hungry if not nothing
lunch shake and a 100cal snack or 2
dinner a balanced meal then a 100 cal snack bar for pudding
i was just wondering if anyone has any success stories I’m only using it for a month or so to kick start my diet and weight loss then I will start on their meal pots instead of shakes I plan on doing light exercise because I’m top floor of a flat with no lift and my downstairs area isn’t secure to keep a pram (someone’s cancer medication got stolen) and I don’t drive so hoping to do light workouts when my son doesn’t contact nap
thank you
also if anyone wants to join me and be a companion feel free
x

Not slim fast but I’m doing Exante which is similar. Definitely works if you stick to it.

I have done both in the past, I found slim fast made me very windy and didnt really get me to the ketosis fat burning stage, Exante though is designed to be total meal replacement and I found after a week I had lost the urge to eat and the weight fell off. Sadly it did come back on and I have now lost it all by following low carb after being diagnosed as diabetic.

So in summary it does work but its important to follow the maintenance part, mine always seemed to be ruined by what ever my event was that I was slimming for, normally an all inclusive holiday! I didnt want to not enjoy the food I had prepaid for so you can guess the rest :)

Yes I’m loosing weight for 2 weeks AI! I know it’s going to come back on but I’ll get back to it once I’m back!

The problem with slim fast is that it’ll work initially but you’ll end up so hungry you won’t stick to it and it’ll end up going back on. It’s the same with Keto and Cambridge and all the other faddy diets. The fuck it button will get hit. Calorie counting without starving yourself, eating what ever you want and making sure you get enough protein is the best way to go.
