Tips for quick weight loss

I go away in 12 days. I would love to lose a stone but obviously this isn't really possible but does anyone have any tips for how to have some quick success at least? I'm really bad for snacking and don't have much willpower so any tips for overcoming this also would be much appreciated, or even books/podcasts etc. it's my first trip away post babies and I'd love to feel more confident. Thank you!

Cut off a leg?

Nothing you do will make a difference in 11 days so it's pointless to make yourself miserable with a crazy juice diet or anything like that. Go on holiday, enjoy yourself and tackle the weight when you get back with a sensible approach.

Slim fast?

The very best thing for me for quick weight loss is no alcohol so if you’re much of a drinking try knocking that on the head.

You could make a difference in 12 days but you would have to be strict with your diet and up your exercise regime. I have seen my BIL loose a stone in a couple of weeks but he follows the Atkins diet with no cheating whatsoever and hits the gym for at least an hour a day plus
Following a calorie controlled diet of 1200 calories per day plus plenty of exercise would shift a few pounds depending on how heavy you are in the first place.

One meal a day and no carbs, no processed food, no snacks.

Make a big pot of soup filled with veg and just eat that for your meals. Works for me.
