Headaches after shift

Hey guys,

I am just wondering if anyone else gets this? If I do an 8 hour shift, after every shift I always feel starving and a big lightheaded with a headache. I am wondering if I am not drinking enough water and I always end up binging when I get home.

Does anyone else suffer with this? I have like 2 coffee's a day so not a huge amount of caffeine, I have been trying to look up appetite suppressants and looking into that ozempic don't know if that would keep the hunger at bay, any advice?

Thank you

More protein would be a good idea.

8h shift you should be drinking way more water than that i think it’s dehydration.

I find the sugar triggers headaches. It’s boring but what about swapping the choc bar for two boiled eggs?

Are you actually overweight, as in obese overweight

Omezipic comes with a lot of side effects including possible cancer, its not just there to keep hunger pangs at bay
