Question for people that calorie cycle

Hi. If you calorie cycle so that you build up a deficit in order to consume more calories on set days, when do you weigh yourself?

I try to weigh myself only once a week, to avoid seeing any fluctuations (and getting demotivated!). So, if I did the following calorie cycle, what day would you suggest weighing in?

Monday - 1000
Tuesday - 1000
Wednesday - 1200
Thursday - 1000
Friday - 1500
Saturday - 2000
Sunday - 2000

The figures above are just for the purposes of this question. I need to do some calculations before I decide to do this.

Thank you.

Weigh yourself everyday and take the average as your true weight.

Every day! Fluctuations are completely normal and you can see far more from the trend of a couple of weeks of daily weights than you will ever see from weighing once a week.

Another vote for every day. My pattern in similar to yours and my 'official weigh day' is Wednesday morning but on that day I take the lowest of the last 7 mornings. If the lowest week on week is going down I know I'm definitely a loser 😜

Thanks all. Every day it is! I feel better about the fluctuations too.
