I have started using fitness pal and lost 10 pounds so far (although now slowed down!) One issue I'm having is that I've started doing some late shifts at work. usually I have eaten all my calories by 8pm but now I'm then starting work at that time and working through to 2am which makes me get a bit nibbly to keep going. Im sometimes having something like a bowl of cereal or a breakfast bar while I'm out rather than crisps and chocolates but still going over by 300 calories or so. Any tips for what shift workers do in this situation to manage calories? Thank you
