Carrying over calories

Hi All
New to calorie-counting - well haven't done it for years. Can you carry over calories if you don't use them all? Also can you carry over calories earned via exercise?
TIA!

Yes you can. You can think of your calories over a weekly basis. So if you have less one day, more the next will be ok. You can also plan to have a lower range during the week and slightly higher on weekends all within a calorie deficit range.

Yes to first Q, generally no to second as MFP etc massively overestimate calories burned in exercise
