I'm now in the maintenance phase of weight loss having achieved my target weight. However I'm kind of still in weight loss head space and without specificly meaning to am still averaging about 1500 calories a day (burning around 2350 according to FitBit). I'm not in any danger of being underweight (still over a stone before BMI would go below 19) but it's the thinking maintenance I'm struggling with. How to think as a maintainer rather than a weight losser. What has helped you think about maintaining a target weight not continue to eat a weight loss diet amount?
