I'm just looking for some advice really, I started CC a few weeks ago and things have been going great, lost 4lb in my first week, 1lb the next and the STS this week.
I've been under my calories everyday, limited my carb intake and watched my portions massively.
I drink 2L water a day however I have noticed it's around ovulation this week (sorry if tmi
) so not sure if that's a factor?
I just feel so disheartened and have the f* it all mentality (although I know I won't)
Any advice on how to keep pushing through? Is there something I should be doing?
