Feeling disheartened

Hi Smile

I'm just looking for some advice really, I started CC a few weeks ago and things have been going great, lost 4lb in my first week, 1lb the next and the STS this week.
I've been under my calories everyday, limited my carb intake and watched my portions massively.

I drink 2L water a day however I have noticed it's around ovulation this week (sorry if tmi Blush) so not sure if that's a factor?

I just feel so disheartened and have the f* it all mentality (although I know I won't)

Any advice on how to keep pushing through? Is there something I should be doing?

Thank you for your help and advice!

Hi @MintheMiddle, we're just giving your thread a bump in case anyone's around to give you a bit of advice.

Hiya feeling the same..3 weeks low carb, repetitive meals, been on about 800 to 1000 cals a day. Boring and hard. BUT I've taken before photos and know I don't want to look like that...so even if I have a slip..I'll not be fatalistic and give up but get back on track for the long haul...it's for my health and quality of life. I can't offer advice but I'm sure you are doing your best. So keep on and even a slip is human so don't be hard on yourself. Focus on why you're doing it. Maybe join a group or keep this one going..so you have plenty of support. Hang in there.

Are you weighing your food accurately?

Have you taken measurements of waist / hip etc - those have changed for me when weight hasn't?
