Just looking at getting nutracheck membership in the new year and wonder if I really need online as well as the app. Could anyone advise please?

I lost 2 stone just using the app. It really is very good and I'm going to join again to shift the Christmas weight gain. TBH not sure what extra benefits having website access would give, probably easier to read any articles or blogs maybe.

I just used the app. It was good for me until I stopped Confusedbut I'm going back to it for new year.
