I made some banana wholemeal muffins with this today. It seems too good to be true. Virtually calorie free sugar. Is it (too good to be true)?

It is but you’ve got a load of sugar from the bananas. Defeats the point a bit.

I lost 60 pounds by a small daily calorie deficit. It took a while, but I have maintained a healthy bmi for two years by being in calorie balance. I eat really healthily with few restrictions. The two bananas are for 14 small muffins which are incorporated into my breakfast calories. The bananas add most of the sweetness with just a bit of stevia to top it up. I really enjoy food now and will never go back to really restricted eating / foods, followed by binging as that's what kept me fat. Literally no foods are forbidden in my world Smile.
