Lunch ideas ?

Hello,

What are your usual lunch go to / ideas for lunch?
I work in an office, have access to a microwave, don't mind either hot or cold and I'm not vegetarian or any allergies

All ideas welcome!

Homemade soup- so many lovely recipes to choose from, my fave is butternut squash and red pepper.

I make a pot of chicken mince pasta with veg or extra if I made it for the night before then used it for lunch for 3 days

Mainly I take only lite food on every day during my lunch time. I eat cooked chicken and soup.
