A stone by Christmas

So 1lb a week and I SHOULD be able to lose a stone…

I say should. I have a 22wk old I am breastfeeding & a 26m old running me ragged.

So far I’ve stayed the same (gone down a few lb and back up again) and I’ve indulged quite a lot.

I’m going to be calorie counting and mostly walking for exercise!

Anyone else want to join me?

I have joined a million of these in the hopes of motivating me , so why not another 😂

DD 13m has recently started nursery/I returned to work and in the first week of her going and obviously breastfeeding less than usual and snacking less than usual, I was able to finally start losing weight and got from 12s6 to 12s3 in one week! However we've all now got a horrific flu so I'm back to 12s4.
Hoping to get to 12s2 by next week and just take it steady.

1lb a week till Christmas sounds ideal and really do able.

Calorie counting
Walking on my day off and try to do a family walk at weekend
Trying to eat healthier and more veg (failed this week, easy carb central)

CW:12s4
Ideally get to 11s4 by Xmas! Although 11 stone would be amazing.

Ultimate goal: 10s5

Ah I didn’t realise there were other threads! I’d have jumped on another.

We have the same goal weight. I am 11s11 at the moment. Would like to be 10s something by xmas. Ideally 10s11 but it’s sooooo hard losing weight while bf.
