How do I work out my calories?

Hey everyone

I'm wondering if anyone knows how I work out how many calories I should be having a day to get a good weight loss? I'm current 5"6 13st 2lbs. I'm very active I do over 15,000 steps a day plus swimming 3 times a week. I'm just in a total rut where I'm not losing and I'm not putting on I'm just staying in my half chunky self!

Does anyone want to work out my calories or point me in the right direction how to?
Thanks so much!

Here you go, this -and logging every calorie I consume on My Fitness Pal- helped me lose 3.5 stone. The only time I never lost was when I added my exercise because MFP gave me extra cals to eat back, resulting in weight gain so if you log cals, don’t log exercise!
