Just wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing (and maybe as a warning to those just starting) but i just cannot stop counting calories!

I started when i was 17 (25 now) and every single day...every thing that goes in my mouth is counted. I don't have any more weight to lose (BMI varies between 18 and 19) but i just cant stop with the automatic tallying up and guilt when i go over.

Food is just numbers. Exercise is just numbers. If it doesnt add up i feel awful. Its exhausting.

Any advice? I just want to be able to eat food and move on with my day!

Hey!
Maybe you could try to completely change music style that you listen to when you are out and about. So that you will focus on the new songs and not on calories.
Good luck! Let me know!

I don't have advice but just to say you're not alone. I'm in my 30s now and I've never just enjoyed food, it's always good or bad, numbers, guilt, I know my relationship with food is screwed up. The best I can do is make the numbers balance so I maintain a healthy weight to be honest.
