Something to keep me motivated and accountable....I'll be posting my exercise, steps and calories for the day! Anyone else feel free to add yours in too 
The summer holidays + starting a new job have meant zero exercise and lots of convenience meals (not to mention lots of alcohol!), and a slight increase in the scales. It's also affecting my mental health quite a bit and my energy levels are at an all time low. I used to walk a lot and workout 4-5 times a week, now I'm lucky if I do more than 5000 steps a day (and that's mostly walking to/from the bus to work!).
I'm roughly 10st 8lbs (haven't weighed in a while and no point doing it right now after macaroni cheese and chips for tea
), I will weigh in the morning and give my exact starting weight. Current goal weight is to get under 10stone, although I want to start lifting weights again so will probably rely more on how I feel and if I go down a dress size.
Currently planning my meals for the week, going to try and keep it simple to begin with so I'm not too overwhelmed. Aiming for ~1500 calories per day for 5 days, then I'll have 2 days at 1800. This should be steady and sustainable for me
