I signed up a good while ago, I really struggled.

I paid for a yearly membership so I really need to utilize it.

Any tips/ tricks, How does the plan work for you?

Moving to a more organized job soon (Hopefully) But I struggle with planning my meals etc.

Start off hitting your calories. When you have that down, try to hit your protein. Then move on fibre etc. Do it bit by bit cause it can be quite overwhelming at first to hit everything all at once.

I try to roughly plug my calories in in the morning so I know what I'm eating for the day. I lost 10 lbs with them and found it fantastic, I felt healthy, full of energy and full while losing. I then got pregnant and am finding it a struggle while still breastfeeding but I still try to stick to the calories at least and I'm not putting on weight (also not losing but I'll take staying still for now!).

I have been with TeamRH for just over a year and can hand on heart say its the best thing I've done for my health.

I am religious with my tracking and getting my steps and water, mostly hit gold daily but I'm not a Saint, the summer I knew would be tough but normally I would gain a good stone over the summer, then spend from Sept to Dec losing it, just to gain it back in December. A majorly viscious cycle. However I've not done that with TeamRH, I decided I wanted to maintain over the summer which I've done. I've lost 3 stone with them and I still have a good 3-4 stone to lose but I am now an active mom who has more drive and focus than I've ever had when it comes to my health. That is entirely because I've followed and made a routine of the teamrh principles.

I would recommend to anyone and this is from a SW 20 year plus member who lost 5 stone in 11 months before. But put it back on numerous times over.
