Low calorie breakfasts

If you are saving your day's calories for a blow out meal, what do you have for breakfast? I want to use no more than 100-150 calories. Previously I have done Light & Free yoghurt with blueberries which was 98, and baked egg with tomatoes and runner beans (137). I'd love some new ideas.

A banana
A soft boiled egg and a piece of toast

I don't have breakfast, just a few cups of coffee across the morning. Then I have a high protein lunch at 12 ish. If I have been for a run first thing I have a scrambled egg with a dash of milk, sprinkle of grated mozzarella and then sprinkle Deliciou bacon flavouring on top which keeps me going.

I have 2 wheatabix with skimmed milk - 134 calls - quite filling, but BORING!

A crumpet and butter. Small bowl of raisin bran with milk. One slice toast with a bit of marmalade. All around 100-150 cal.

I often have Warburtons thins toasted with some cottage cheese, tomatoes, a touch of rocket and salt and pepper. Maybe a dash of balsamic. Around 170.

I wouldn’t have anything. But I’m doing one meal a day. A type of intermittent fasting. So breakfast was the first thing to go.

Prosciutto ham and a babybel or a banana but I usually have this mid morning. Today it’s hot so I’m saving it as a snack later when I feel hungry. I’m currently having a slimfast shake for lunch and a normal dinner but I have traditionally only done 2 meals anyway with a small snack. I guess it depends on your natural eating habits. I’m a night grazer so I’ve found working to that is more achievable for me.

Small glass (100ml) of kefir, 60cals, and a coffee. Sometimes a few almonds at 7cals each.
