Hi,
I'm very new to calorie counting and have done SW in the past with good results but struggled to stick to it longer than a couple weeks.
Have done calorie counting for a week now and lost 1lb.
I have measured EVERYTHING and just feel disheartened.
I know over a month it's a good loss at 1lb a week but with 2 stone to lose I can't help but feel this is going to take me forever ðŸ˜
I know I'm just being silly but how can I stop myself feeling slightly upset that I won't get as big a loss as I did doing slimming world?
