I have 2-3 stone to lose and a lack of self control!
I usually work long hours and run out of time to Cook, prep and shop so I have been using these meals, and trying to choose low fat options and sub any oil with frylite etc (less cheese in or swap for low fat)
Has anyone had a good experience weight loss with these types of meals? I feel like they make me appreciate food a lot more as they taste nice and take the hassle out of shopping and coming up with imaginative ideas
Or are there any other options?
