Monday I Weigh!

Anyone fancy a weightloss support thread with a weekly weigh in?

I haven't weighed myself for a while, tomorrow morning (Monday) first thing I'm going to step on the scales and report back here my starting weight.

I will post each day on how I'm doing, calories etc but weight loss (or gain) only on Mondays.

My weakness is sugar (chocolate, ice cream, bread)!! I'm at home every day with small kids so pretty hard to resist the fridge but I'm going to count calories (1400 goal) and skip breakfast because that's helped me in the past to avoid snacking all day.

Went over calories yesterday but did go for a 20 min jog in the morning .... my 12 year old is home ed and really unfit so I dragged her out with me much to her horror !! Same this morning too.

Snap! I went over too by 300cals but I figured my total was still a lot less than it would have been.

Fairly good week, down 1lb to 12st6lb but have managed to "put on" two pounds in one day by eating over my allowance yesterday (2050 cals instead of my usual 1200).

I know its probably just fluctuations/ water retention but it's quite disheartening and I am regretting the pizza and cider hugely!

Well I had a very bad last half of the week because I was ill- as soon as I'm ill or sleep deprived I eat load of crap! I've maintained. Onwards and upwards!

Stayed the same this week ... bit disappointed but I had two days of not sticking to plan and much less exercise than normal, so what can I expect!

I've had a really strange week. I had my AZ jab Saturday before last. Monday I had really bad stomach pains and since then I've completely lost my appetite. It's a bit frightening (for me!) as I love my food but now I can't really be bothered especially as work and other stuff is a bit stressful right now.

What's worried me more is that I've lost a pound a day over the week (5lbs) because of this. I know it's not good to do this and really I was happy with trying for a lb a week. But there is small part of me that's secretly pleased Confused.

The longer I'm not eating much, the easier it is to stay in that habit. I'm going to try and eat consistently at meal times this week. Hopefully it's just a reaction to the vaccine and normality will return soon where I'm moaning that I've eaten too much again!

I'm actually hoping that no one reads this as I feel it's a bit of a non problem on a weight loss forum,
