Anyone fancy a weightloss support thread with a weekly weigh in?
I haven't weighed myself for a while, tomorrow morning (Monday) first thing I'm going to step on the scales and report back here my starting weight.
I will post each day on how I'm doing, calories etc but weight loss (or gain) only on Mondays.
My weakness is sugar (chocolate, ice cream, bread)!! I'm at home every day with small kids so pretty hard to resist the fridge but I'm going to count calories (1400 goal) and skip breakfast because that's helped me in the past to avoid snacking all day.
