Different apps different numbers?

Does it even matter?

Noom and nutracheck and general googling have different results for calorie counting numbers.

If I stick to one app surely that's ok?

Sometimes databases don't match with the product packaging also.

Most apps have user generated databases to some extent and people get it wrong. For example, DD1 had a muffin and it was in the database at 440 calories. But that was the calories per 100g value, and the muffin was only 75g. You just have to be careful.

One bok choi logged in as german salami or smth. Had quite a heartattack there😂 imagine 200+ grams of fatty salami calories.

Always double check when scanning first time.
