I need to sort myself out but I'm a terrible cook and have a fussy toddler so our weekly shop is very same-same every week.
Are there any weight loss apps which as well as providing meal planners/recipes, actually give you a decent idea of what to bung on a weekly shopping list?
I like the idea of the Body Coach's new app but his weaning book had so many 'weird and wonderful' ingredients that I don't keep in the house I found it useless.
I'm worried that the adult app will be the same? I'll lion at recipes and be like "WTF? I don't have that in the house"?
I really need guidance!
