I’ve got My Fitness Pal installed on my phone as I’m aiming to lose about half a stone nice and slowly. I usually average about 10,000 steps a day and this would take off about 200+ calories off my total, meaning about be able to eat about 1700 cals rather 1500 to ‘break even’ each day. As of a few days ago, it’s far less. I walked about 12,000 steps today, and it’s taken off a paltry 60 calories. That’s not even enough for a glass of wine! Any idea why it’s started adjusting like this? I probably should mention I haven’t lost much if any weight yet!

This is why most people don't eat their exercise calories back. It's not very accurate so you are risking eating much more than you burned unfortunately.
