Low cal but satisfying snacks

Probably been done many times but can't see a recent thread and I am sure this is relevant for lots of people at the moment.

I've been really good at not snacking during the lockdowns but with the rain/snow am spending more time in front of the TV - and wanting snacks.

I try to have dips with carrot sticks, or fruit, but it doesn't stop me craving cheese/crisps/cakes/biscuits/crumpets etc. I've managed to resist buying them but I'd like some healthy but satisfying snacks I can enjoy without feeling guilty. (By satisfying, I mean really enjoy not just a 'well it's healthy but a bit shit' kind of snack. )

I eat a teaspoon of peanut butter. It sticks all round your teeth and upper palette so you're sort of still tasting/eating it half an hour later.

I eat pickles when craving crisps but also do the hula hoop puffs they under 100 cals

If you want crisps, have crisps, just account for them. I just had a 30g bowl of crisps. 150 calories. Definitely more satisfying than heavily processed cardboardy crisp substitutes.
