Aiming for a 21lb loss. I’m 5ft 1. Hate exercise & I’m a total sugar addict. Any recommendations?

I’ve gained 20lb over the past 18 months. And what worries me the most is my weight is increasing. I’m Apple shaped so most of my weight is on my belly (and face) but I have a cba attitude & will start next week attitude, that I’ve been trying to shake off for the past 12 months. I’ve started ‘diets’ but always crash for the sugar...

How's everyone doing?

I've been a bit stuck at 8st 10lb but have dropped 100cal a day this week and have lost 2lb so feel like I'm back on track now.

I'm doing well with my nutritional balance but always seem to be low in potassium - any advice? I don't really want to include bananas and I already eat a portion of spinach and melon everyday most days broccoli as well.

I'm also always low in sodium but not sure this is really a problem?

Hi @orchidsonabudget good luck with your weight loss journey. Report back here on your progress if that would be helpful. I think I'm going to find the next couple of pounds tricky! So this thread will help me keep a check, this an of course my trusty 'my fitness pall app'. How do you plan on balancing your diet with reduced calorie intake and how m at calories a day are you planning to have? I find I get more than enough Vit A C and D but never enough potassium and sodium and occasionally low on Iron. I'm back up to 1,200 cal a day now but did 1,100 for a while to get the pounds moving again. I do count everything though even water, 1 cal dental mints etc so I never cheat. It was hard in the beginning but easy now, happy to swap low cal recipes/ meal ideas :-)
