Anyone else on MFP and looking to compare notes?

I've been tracking calories on MFP for four weeks. I'm staying below 1,200 - usually 1,100 or 1,000. I am not finding it hard but, as I don't cook, I'm running out of ideas for easy, quick meals that require minimal cooking (as in max effort being boiling or microwaving something. Assembling food, e.g. a salad, is fine).

Also, because I'm scared of the scales, I don't weigh myself - I'm waiting to notice visible changes. I'm around 5.4" and around 125 pounds I think. Anyone else too scared to get on the scales and waiting for their clothes to feel loose? I wonder how long that will take!

If you are 5 4 and weight really 125 pounds isn't that actually your ideal weight?
Maybe rather than losing, you could do some toning workouts.

Is there a reason you don't cook? It must be quite hard to get good nutritionally sound food without cooking at all.

I'd like to go back to 110 - I liked the way I looked much better and felt really good health wise. I used to lift weights and do classes at the gym but actually didn't see much in the way of results (I worked out five days a week).

I don't cook because I never learnt and as I don't have an interest in it, I don't want to learn now. The few times I tried it took ages and the result was terrible. So now I rely on big salads and stuff you can do in the microwave. Every now and again I put one of those 'roast in the bag' chickens in the oven but I'm not a fan of chicken I must say.
