I'm dieting for 11 day now. Wen best time to get on the scales and should it be everyday or onces a week. I've lost 7 pound this weeks in 1 week. I've heard the egg diet is also good any people tried I thankyou 😊

I do it everyday (and I know people can say this is obsessive) but I find weight fluctuates throughout the week so if I only took one measurement it wouldn't reflect what I weigh. I then do an average across the week.

I think when you actively losing weight daily or every other day is best. If you are maintaining once a week is fine.

I get 3 hours a day excise and eat 700-900 calories a day
