Hi, I'm looking for a weightloss buddy, someone that can help motivate me and I motivate them also. Preferably someone around the same weight as me. I think it will help to motivate and encourage each other and also vent to each other about issues etc.
If you're open to this please let me know!

(I'm 5,3 and 220 pounds.)

Yes definitely! I’m 5’4 and just under 200lbs. Have been doing keto for 4 weeks, where I lost a stone, but I found the planning I had to do re snacks and meals was knackering so I’m going back to big standard calorie counting for ease.

I’m trying to eat as little processed food as possible, and going to add in some intermittent fasting once my body has got used to less calories. But I definitely need motivation and a kick up the bum sometimes, especially when there’s cake around Grin

Yes! I'm trying to lose weight after gaining so much in my pregnancy 😕. I'm 5ft 7 and 206lbs. I need some good motivation, weight isn't coming off me like it did before. I've just started eating healthier meals, intermittent fasting and trying to work out at least 3 times a week. Do you know any good workouts to help shed the weight quick?

Ugh yes me too!😭 I'm 5, 6 & 244lbs ... the heaviest I've been in my life- I just can't seem to shift it from my pregnancy & it's getting ridiculous! Not doing any specific diet this time, just calorie counting 😬

Trying to lose weight my self but finding it really hard I were really slim before having my daughter 16 months go help

I’ll gladly join you 5”6 and 224 lb - I’ve lost about half a stone but need some serious motivation!

I'm in the same boat, am 5'6 and 212lbs. Had my baby 10 weeks ago but I had most of the weight on me even before I got pregnant so hoping its not too hard to shift. I'm doing calorie counting (through Noom - trying out the free trial for now) and hoping to up my walking and do some home exercise. If anyone is still keen for a weight loss buddy feel free to message me, we could even have a little whatsapp group.

I'm 200lb, I'm using mfp to count calories. I've lost nearly half a stone but I need encouragement to keep going!
