Calories and Fitbits.

According to my Fitbit I'm burning at least 3000 calories a day. Unless I'm running marathons in my sleep, I highly doubt that.

I'm doing exercise such as a 30min jog or a workout video (30day shred LV2 currently) and walking 12-15000 steps a day. I'm quite overweight (16st) but I think it's starting to shift.

What sort of sensible calorie intake should I have?

Work out your tdee then reduce calories by 20% to lose weight and don’t eat your exercise calories back. Are you logging all you eat on MFP?

I feel like Fitbit is fairly accurate in my case as I'm steadily losing weight on it but not too much too fast. It might not actually be too far off depending on the calculations its doing for you?
