Left is two weeks ago and right is today.

Have I lost weight? I am struggling to really see much of a difference? Thanks xx

Yes! Definitely! It looks like around the middle but I think if you measured yourself, several inches would have come off!

Scales? Argos have some good deals atm
Am currently not weighing myself but measuring.
What have you changed in the last 2 weeks?

I have been calorie counting, doing 10,000 steps a day and a Joe Wicks workout! This was me today (now nearly a month in).

I have now purchased some scales!!

Yer taking the piss surely?!

There’s a huuuuge difference! Well done!

Definitely a difference. Well done !

Congratulations!! I'd definitely recommend investing in a tape measure and taking weekly measurements of

Upper arms
Boobs
Waist
Hips
Thighs

Muscle weighs more than fat so if you are working out as well as restricting calories the scales may read the same, even though you are losing inches 💪🏼
