How's my meal plan for today

Breakfast
2 corn cakes with Almond Butter

Lunch
Chicken Breast
Sweet potato cubes (about 3)
Boiled Egg
Spinach drizzled with olive oil and some parmesan
Tomatoes
Red onion

Dinner
Bass Fillet
Green Beans
Baked Potatoe
(Might have more spinach)

2 lites of water.

Seems balanced and nutritious. You’d manage decent portions without blowing too many calories. Not sure on the breakfast. I tend to have a wholesome smoothie but then I’m tracking to around 1600cals a day.

How big are you portions? I would still be hungry on that amount! I have a bowl of porridge and fruit every morning.. fruit snack... lunch (pretty much same as you) snack and then dinner is generally rice with vegetables.
