Does anyone know if the dietary information on packets of sausages, burgers etc take into account the fact that a certain amount of fat will drain out of it when cooking?

I always try to squish as much out as possible when cooking. Does this mean that the calories, fat content etc will be less than the packet says?

Depends on if it says calories per grilled burger/sausage or not I suppose.

I always dab mine with kitchen paper and buy low fat stuff anyway but beef fat for example has 115 calories per tablespoon, there wouldn’t even be a teaspoon of fat in the bottom of the grill tray for the whole packet & a teaspoon would only be 38 cals. I just stick the packet calories on, I would rather log a few extra calories than risk underestimating calories and wonder why I’m not losing weight.
