Could somebody please give me a link to a calorie calculator they use and have had success with?

I’ve punched my details into a few different ones and have had such different results on them all! Between 1600 and 800 per day. I would fucking starve on 800.

I’ve settled on 1200 for now but still kind of hungry and would like a bit more if I could. Blush

Not MFP please! The app really shits me. Blush

Hi!
Use tdeecalculator.net to calculate calories that you use through the day, then minus 300-500 under that number for weight loss kcals!
I use my fitness pal for tracking my calories, you can change the number of calories that you're allowed in a day in the settings :)

Thank you! That one gives me 1400 calories so might be a bit more sustainable than 1200. Grin

You're welcome. I get way too hungry on 1200, and just end up giving up. I'm on 1450, which is way more sustainable for me Smile

I use Nutra Check. It's British so much easier to find food on it and you can scan barcodes. It's a subscription of about £3 a month but worth it. It gives me 1500 calories per day which is more manageable. I'd be too miserable and hungry on 1200. Life is too short! I put my weight settings to lose 1lb a week but I normally lose between 2 and 3.
