Could somebody please give me a link to a calorie calculator they use and have had success with?
I’ve punched my details into a few different ones and have had such different results on them all! Between 1600 and 800 per day. I would fucking starve on 800.
I’ve settled on 1200 for now but still kind of hungry and would like a bit more if I could.
