Hi

Just posting for some accountability.

I’ve been calorie counting for a few weeks/months. Before I went to Australia in June I was over 12st, last weighing I was 11.4. I will weigh again over the weekend.

I have a calorie limit of 1540 and recently brought in one day of 600. I have the occasional cheat day. I run, play netball and do exercise classes. I am also a student nurse and HCA so have active jobs.

I wish eventually to be around 9 stone. (I’m only 5’3). Id love to be this by my 21st bday (February).

I go to Barcelona on Oct 10th. I’d love to be 11.0 or under but as long as I lose I don’t mind.

Today I’ve had 562 cals comprising a protein shake, cereal with soya milk and a subway vegan salad.

Tomorrow I’ll be on a full calorie day.

😘
