Breakfasts under 250/300 calories

I’m really struggling with filling breakfasts on low cals. Cereal doesn’t cut it even with yogurt and fruit. Can anyone suggest some filing things to eat at breakfast time that won’t leave me starving 2 hours later. I’m only wanting to eat 4 eggs a week. Any ideas welcome.

I just have two slices of wholemeal granary bread with Lurpak, very satisfying.

Boiled egg
Anything else leaves me so hungry

The egg / cholesterol thing was debunked years ago. It's absolute bollocks.
Eat more eggs.

I have a 3 egg omelette or two Weetabix.

I had something like this today. The recipe I used didn't have vanilla extract, though, and used honey instead of maple syrup. It was actually quite nice (got a little bored of porridge and wanted to try something else...) but half of that portion was absolutely sufficient. I also had a cup of tea with it. We'll see how long it keeps me full for.

Often fast so miss breakfast entirely. Big day decorating today so had a hot cross bun. Was very nice and only 160 calories 😁

I usually have oats so simple golden syrup, only 200 ish cals. Tends to keep me full for a few hours

Overnight oats- 40g porridge oats, as much fat free yogurt as you like and frozen fruit on top. Leave in fridge overnight and in the morning mix together. I mix my oats and yogurt up at the start though ans put it in a pot then add the fruit on top of that. Find it less messy that way

Full fat yoghurt and berries
Banana on toast
Porridge with berries (if you watch portion size)

I am tracking on MFP and am averaging 1,000 - 1,100 a day. For breakfast I have three rice or corn cakes, with 50 grams of ratatouille (out of a tin as I don't cook), mixed with either one egg or 60 grams of avocado, salt, pepper and some chilli flakes. It comes in at under 200 calories and I love it. The carbs and protein are filling and it's delicious.

I am also avoiding eggs due to my cholesterol. I read some research that said for diabetics they may increase bad cholesterol.

So for breakfast I sometimes have a protein shake. Or sometimes I have an avocado and 30 gs of almonds which are both good for cholesterol.

I have my cholesterol checked again in 2 months so will see if there is a difference.

I often have this green smoothie for breakfast and it is impossible to feel any hunger if you have it all.
I don't usually add banana or tropical fruit, mainly a handful of berries. Loaded with fibre and gives a great skin tone too.
