I am new today! Hello to all
So, I know that I should have done something before now but I didn't and I am in a panic for my holiday at the end of the month
Tried on the bikini earlier, not sure why, I knew it would be awful and it really was!!!!
Panic diet is on. Plan is for veggie smoothie breakfast and lunch and then small portion of family dinner with lots of salad
30day shred from tomorrow....
Any other advice?? Really kicking myself that I didn't get myself together sooner..
