Did you resist, OP?

Just do it , one meal isn't going to kill you , ruin your diet , make you fat etc . Enjoy it . Don't deprive yourself you will just want it more xx

I resisted the cheese toastie by changing three beds (!) but I've had a couple of treats eg 5calorie jelly, a date, and an apple with peanut butter. I'm going to treat myself tomorrow to a treat as I have a horrible day of work ahead.

I count in things like cheese so nothing is banned just eaten in moderation. Full fat alternatives are much more satisfying so eat less full fat food rather than lots of low fat sweetener-filled food.

That's the beauty of calorie counting. Nothing is ruled out.

I'm starving today. What are your go-to low calorie snacks?
