I'm aiming for a very low calorie lunch tomorrow but we are off out for a picnic. I'm thinking spinach and sliced boiled egg. What sauce could I add? Not sure what would go. Balsamic vinegar? Salad cream? I have a couple of baby bel and cocktail sausages in and not much else. Daughter will have a ham sandwich, crisps and strawberries. No time to go to the shops in the morning.
Any suggestions?
