Old fashioned books

I would love recommendations for calorie counted recipe books. With sections on breakfast, lunch and dinner please. It's quite hard to find because it seems to be less fashionable.

Hi I don’t have any recommendations really but am watching thread! Do you mean old fashioned recipes? Or just that books generally seem rather old fashioned when you can find recipes on the internet?

I do like traditional recipes myself. I don’t want to eat lots of butternut squash, quinoa, quorn and sweet potatoes...I’m scared of new food!!!
