Hi. I'm looking for easy breakfast ideas around 250 calories that are filling which I can eat at work please? If I have porridge then it keeps me full and I tend not to go off the rails. As soon as I have granola (which I love) I'm starving ah hour later and start craving junk. I don't want to be eating porridge 5 days a week though. Any suggestions? Thanks

Any chance you could skip it all together?

I don't eat before 11:30/12 and I think this is how is stay slim.

Whenever I go on an all inclusive holiday and eat breakfast for ten days I put on about 8lbs. There isn't much change to my diet other than breakfast. Just lunch and dinner and a sweet snack around 8pm works for me (obviously reduces calories too)
