I have downloaded the MFP app, I have put in height, weight etc and it says to loose 1lb a week I can have 1225 calories per day. I lead a very sedatory lifestyle.
My question is do I have to use all the calories, as I have read that if I don't then my body stops loosing weight. I am not a big eater but in the past I've eaten the wrong things so that is why my weight has increased a lot. Diet started yesterday and I want all the information needed.
