Background is in 2012 I lost 4 stone I was a size 8 and had never been so happy confident. It then all turned a bit wrong and I got obsessive, wouldn't eat and felt weak all the time but stayed the same until 2017.
Then last year something inside me just switched I started eating more, drinking alcohol again (I originally give up because of calories) and not really counting calories and the weight has just piled on. I'm now a size 10-12 And I feel awful. I put about 3 and a half stone on in about 6 months.
I paid a lot of money for a personal trainer and lost nearly 2 stone I started to feel more like myself but it was so expensive and she then left the gym, I've tried to do it myself but weighed today and I've put just over a stone back on since I stopped having the PT which was around 2 months ago. I'm gutted.
I need something to help me get back to myself but I don't want to make myself ill again! Blush

Watching with interest. Just can’t seem to lose weight and don’t seem to eat loads! The only way I’ve lost weight previously is not eating and that made me really ill to

Well, what worked when you lost the four stone originally? And what’s changed?

Originally I was calorie counting but going to the gym and burning most of the calories off and the weight flew off. But now not so much and I am allowing myself to eat more because I need more energy! Suppose I need a healthy balance.
