Have started to calorie count what I'm eating the past few weeks in an effort to lose a little weight (nothing drastic, maybe a stone at most). I wondered if anyone had any ideas for low calorie lunches during the working week? At the moment, as a teacher, I'm on school holidays so it has been easier to do at home, but when I go back to work, I don't want to be eating large meals at lunch and overdoing my calorie limit. We have a kettle and a microwave but no toaster.
