My little calorie-counting diary

Thought I’d decide to put a diary of my foods, weigh ins etc as sort of an accountability thing. If it’s out there for anyone to see then I have to do it...right?

So working out from my TDEE I should be on 1,947 cals.

Current weight: 217 lbs.

I started at 231 with slim fast getting me to where I am now. But a change of diet was needed.

So for breakfast: green tea, 2 dark ryvita and a light laughing cow triangle= 104

Lunch: Diet Coke, pasta, prawns and light mayo = 426
