4 weeks until my holiday

I'm 4 stone overweight and just started calorie counting.

Realistically what would be a goal for 4 weeks that's do able.

Also any tips to speed it up a bit please

2lbs a week is the healthy suggestion, however if you exercise regularly and eat well balanced meals in smaller portions it's feasible that you could lose much over the course of a month. I have 31 days to go and a stone to lose...I really don't enjoy exercise at all. It's the 80/20 rule isn't it? 80% nutrition 20% exercise. Good luck!

I am 3 weeks in and have lost 11 pounds. I also have about 4 stone to lose maybe a little more.

I’ve been using nutracheck! Eating around 1500-1700 calories a day!
