Has anyone tried this?
How does it work? Can you still eat on it?
Also why do people do the plan promote it so much - do they get discounts on products?

It's a big scam. A pyramid scheme. There's far more effective ways to lose weight without resorting to unproven stuff like this.

It's true it is a crappy pyramid scheme and there are much better ways of losing weight however I have done it did 2 shakes a day, 3 snacks and a healthy dinner I lost 11bs in just under a month as it was a big birthday for me I didn't care it wasn't the greatest I fit into my dress and felt fab!

Whenever I ordered no one asked me to become a whatever they call it, I'd have said no!

Same as previous poster, I did it and it worked well for me. Lost a couple of stone, had loads of energy. Kept the weight off for a good few years. I think I need that structure of being told exactly what to do/eat to lose weight. Was never asked to sell it either.
