Slendertone belt

Currently approaching week three of using my slendertone belt every day, and attending the gym around 3-4 times a week but concentrating on cardio at the gym rather than stomach crunches or weights as have previously had back issues and worried about causing issues again, anyone else using the belt here? Not noticing much change at the moment but I guess it's still early days
